Ash McCallum, founder of Athon competing at the Swiss Throwdown

ATHON begun at the beginning of the pandemic in 2020. Having played multiple different sports throughout my life and always being a fairly big guy, I was used to sweating lots. However, I had grown up trying many different deodorants and anti-perspirants and never found one that took away the anxiety caused when I knew I didn’t smell great.

I started CrossFit in 2019 when I moved from the UK to Switzerland and decided to give up playing rugby due to multiple injuries taking their toll on my body. Some friends saw great irony in this after I ridiculed them about joining the cult of CrossFit years before. Slowly, it caught me too.

I love watching athletes push themselves beyond what they think possible and seeing the confidence that this reinforces. ATHON is here to protect those that put in the hard work and hold onto that confidence just a little more.

When it was shared with me that it’s possible to make a deodorant which completely stops body odour, I didn’t believe it and set out to prove it wrong. But, it worked better than I could have ever believed and I knew that I had to share this product with the world.

We have some great manufacturing partners based in Switzerland and expect to launch our very first orders soon. I can’t wait for you to try this unbelievable product and for you to join us on the ATHON journey.
